Plain terms for a small app. Using Terrazzo means you accept what is written here.
The app
Terrazzo: The Daily Mosaic is made by Brelsford Software LLC. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies alongside these terms. Please do not copy it, resell it, or take it apart to make a competing product.
What stays free
The daily puzzle, your streak, the warm-up ladder, the reveal, and sharing are free and will remain so. TERRAZZO+ adds the Archive, Stillwater, Solve DNA, unlimited Guides, and seated stones on daily boards. We will not move an existing free feature behind the subscription.
TERRAZZO+ subscriptions
- Billing is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple Account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings under your Apple Account — not here. We cannot cancel a subscription for you.
- If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, the unused part of that trial is forfeited, as Apple requires.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. If we ever raise a price, Apple will ask for your explicit consent before charging the new amount.
Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds ourselves, though we are glad to help you ask.
Fair use
The daily puzzle is the same everywhere in the world, and much of the pleasure depends on that. Please do not automate solving, scrape the puzzle feed, or publish solutions before the day is out. We may cut off access that degrades the game for other people.
What belongs to whom
The puzzles, artwork, written stories, name, and code are ours. Your solve history is yours; we neither hold it nor claim it. Share cards you generate are yours to post anywhere you like.
Availability
Terrazzo is a small independent app, offered as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If our puzzle server is unreachable, the app falls back to puzzles already on your device, so it keeps working offline.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brelsford Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Ending
You may stop using Terrazzo at any time by deleting it; that cancels nothing, so cancel a subscription separately through Apple if you have one. We may end this licence if these terms are seriously breached.
Changes and law
If these terms change materially we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Brelsford Software LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
